Description
Join us for an exciting cycle focused on exploring the art of balance and flow in movement. Through a series of exercises and creative challenges, you will learn to trust your body’s balance and develop and understanding, on how to level up familiar tricks and poses by letting go of your hand connection! Come ready to experiment and you might wanna bring a solid star to this class!
Prerequisites
You know and master the basic poses (Bird, Star, Sidestar, Shoulderstand, Maria, etc.) as well as some beginner flows and washing machines (e.g. Ninja Star) and bring some solid spotting skills.
