Step beyond your comfort zone and embark on an exciting new journey! AcroYoga is more than just movement—it’s a unique way to deepen your connection with yourself and others. In these four beginner-friendly sessions you will learn partner-assisted stretches that improve flexibility, mobility, and deepen body awareness.
You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish, even as a total beginner! With Gabe’s clear, step-by-step instruction, you’ll develop techniques that make the practice feel intuitive and empowering. You'll also explore AcroYoga flow sequences that highlight seamless transitions, rhythm, and partner coordination.
Best of all, you’ll progress alongside other beginners in a warm and encouraging space, making the journey even more enjoyable!
Classes include:
Coaching in L-basing technique, transitions, flows, washing machines, sequences, inversions, foundations and drills. Flexibility or therapeutics in the end to finish the class.
Prerequisites
No previous knowledge in Yoga, Acroyoga or Handstand necessary.
