We dive into the world of Washing machines. Learning new transitions, gaining safety and trust through variety of ways to move from one position to the other. No need to bring a partner.
Prerequisites
You know and master the basic poses (Bird, Star, Sidestar, Shoulderstand, Maria, etc.) as well as some beginner flows and and bring some solid spotting skills.
