Description
You have some experience in acroyoga? Great! In this cycle we work progressively and in a safe way on different arm-balaces such as the croc, bicep stand, and baby hand-to-hand! We'll provide you with exercises and input to help you develop smoother and more confident movements, which you'll then apply to the fun transitions and sequences you'll be taught in this class.
Our focus is to refine and expand your understanding and embodiment of acroyoga. Moreover we love to celebrate the joy of play! The practice is performed mainly in pairs or in groups – you don’t need to bring a partner. This workshop will include assisted inversions, partner acrobatics, therapeutic and acrobatic flying.
It will be a fun and challenging!
