- 1.Building up the foundation and getting to know the techniques of the new topic.

Join us for this cycle to explore asymmetric flows and find yourself moving seamlessly through odd but stylish poses! This training will focus on discovering new ways to transition between poses, emphasizing the importance of fluidity and creativity in your practice. Bring a Bird, Star and some experience in Ninja Star to this class.
Prerequisites
You know and master the basic poses (Bird, Star, Sidestar, Shoulderstand, Maria, etc.) as well as some beginner flows and washing machines (e.g. Ninja Star) and bring some solid spotting skills.
