Acroyoga, Partner Acrobatics and Handstand
As a complete newby to Acro, you want to spend around 3 months getting to know basic positions such as e.g. Bird, Star, Sidestar and Shoulderstand. You will work on your technique and spotting abilities.
If you feel comfortable linking basic poses into flows and are keen to learn more challenging positions (e.g. Reverse Star, Needle, Catwalk) and concepts (e.g. Intro to Pops, Hand/Foot-to-Hand), you are ready for Intermediate 1!
After around 6 months of Intermediate 1 courses and individual jams, you might wanna up your game and try some more advanced flows and tricks in Intermediate 2 (e.g. Whips, Butler)
